Your account. Your choice.

You can delete your ShortMe account from the web without installing the app. Sign in with the same method you use for ShortMe, open Account, and choose Delete account.

What happens next

Access to your account, projects, source files, and results is revoked. File deletion runs as a tracked background task. Download anything you want to keep before requesting deletion. The action cannot be undone.

Limited billing and security records may remain where legally required. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Cancel store subscriptions separately

If you subscribed through Apple or Google, deleting your ShortMe account does not necessarily cancel the store subscription. Cancel in your store’s subscription settings first to avoid future charges.
